Ok, so I'm late. I'm having a bad flu this couples of days, and it's really putting my mood to the lowest level :(. Nope, it's not cold in here right now. In fact, the weather is too hot for December. It should be winter already. I heard that most part of the world is having an extreme weather lately. Even it's snowing in summer day in Australia? Well not here, LOL. It's 9 AM in the morning, and sun is shining like it's 12 noon already.

I scrap!

Did I ever tell you how much I miss scrapping. Designing is fun, and I really enjoy it. But it also takes almost all my digiscrapping time :(. It's very difficult to find time just to scrap. That's one of the reason why I decided to quit from my CTs. I love to work with other designers, but I don't feel I can give justice for what I get from them, right now. I just couldn't manage the time..

But somehow, I manage to scrap some pages this few weeks. They all about my daughters, of course. My biggest inspirations. Last month my elder just turned 6 years old. And these are two layout I made for her... :)

This one is a fresh layout. I made it last night for Speed Scrap in SCRAPABLE Forum. Did you ever join a speed scrap? If you never do it, just try it some times. It's really fun. I'm addict to it after I tried it for the first time few weeks back. But the problem is, it's very difficult to adjust time, since I live in different part of the world, LOL.

I'm pretty happy with my layout. I made it in just 40 minutes (of course, it's Speed Scrap). It's a good record for me. I normally will spend at least 2 hours for just one layout. Sometimes it takes days, LOL.

Actually, I don't know the right way to start a post, LOL. I love to greet you first, of course, before I jump to the main topic. But I normally will spend at least 5 minutes just to decide which one I will use: Hello All, Hi Everybody, What's Up, It's freebie time... :D

That Much Stronger - A Charity Collab Kit

Hallo...

I'm here to tell you about this HUGE kit for charity:




More than 40 designers have come together for a great cause to help one of our own in the digital scrapbook community! This is a HUGE mega collab which has more than 200 papers, over 300 elements, about 50 word art, 10 alphas and 4 templates. Too many to count!

Chelsea Doudy's, designer of Caged Bird Designs, husband was diagnosed with skin cancer right below his left eye, it is a Squamous Cell Carcinoma, if left untreated it will start to effect the nerves and then move to the eye. This comes on the heels of other medical bills for their son, Luke. Clayton has also recently lost his job. The Doudy’s have no insurance and have been told Clayton will need the Mohs surgery in the next two months, and the hospital will not do the surgery without a down payment because they have no insurance.

You can help! All proceeds from the sales of this kit, after Paypal fees, will go directly to the battle, care and surgery of Clayton's skin cancer. We have a big goal to meet!

Dream Big - Update!

I just got back from my weekend and I found so many comments on my Scrap ID freebie post (Dream Big) that said a lot of people cannot download my freebie :(.

New Group, New Freebie...!

I'm back!
And I'm so excited too. Everyone who follows our monthly collab might already knew that this is the time for you to get your freebies :). And we have a wonderful one today!

But before that let me share some news. Some changes happened to our group, and we're no longer using Jak-Art-a Scrappers as our name. We are now under SCRAP ID. Our member, Qoqo from Studio Q came up with this name, and we love it. Scrap is scrapping of course, and ID is for Indonesia.... that's our country!

Eeks! I'm Scared!

I can't believe it's a month already since the last time I posted something in my blog! I was so busy these last few weeks. Not only related to my design activities, but also in real life. I still couldn't find the perfect time to design and scrap. That means only between me and my laptop, with a (or some) cup of tea, Michael Buble or Jason Mraz and sleeping daughters, LOL.

Finally I completed a collaboration with Pixelily Designs. It's our second collaboration after our SERENDIPITY. This time it's totally different from the first one for sure! We're choosing a bright and rich kit. And we have a cute and fun theme in our mind when we start the kit. And it was a fun moment for me creating this kit. Have a look:
